Under Armour shares slid after the sporting goods and apparel company said founder Kevin Plank [would return as CEO](https://www.wsj.com/tech/under-armours-kevin-plank-to-take-back-ceo-role-e284b102). The company said last night that Plank, who stepped aside as chief executive in 2019, would retake the role. Mohamed El-Erian, formerly of Pimco, will become chairman.

Wealth management firm Cetera Financial Group said Thursday that it has greenlit four spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds for its platform, meaning its more-than-12,000 financial advisers can pitch them to clients. Cetera, which oversees $190 billion in assets under management, selected the bitcoin ETFs from BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, Franklin Templeton and a joint venture between Invesco and Galaxy Digital. Matt Fries, Cetera’s head of investment products and partner solutions, said in an interview that his team picked the “ETF firms that have a long history of successfully launching new strategies.”
