According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Gen Z will make up 30% of the workforce by 2030. As the rise of the gig economy and work-from-home opportunities increase, Gen Z faces a different labor market than previous generations. Home From College Co-Founder & CEO Julia Haber joins Yahoo Finance to explain how Gen Z can prepare for a changing labor market, and how her company helps Americans ages 17 to 27 jumpstart their careers. Haber identifies a key trend in Gen Z's job preparedness: "We learned that 80% of Gen Z are graduating without internships, meaning that they are entering the workforce without any really clear sense of who they are, what they're good at or what experiences they should apply for full time."
