Floki partners with Premier League’s Nottingham Forest

Floki, the cryptocurrency ecosystem, has announced an official partnership with Nottingham Forest Football Club for the upcoming Premier League season. 

As the club’s official cryptocurrency partner, Floki (FLOKI) will use the EPL platform to gain global exposure. This includes a three-minute LED advertising display during home matches and brand placement on interview and press conference backdrops.

This collaboration marks Floki’s entry into one of the world’s most-watched sports leagues, reaching over 2.7 billion viewers per matchday. In addition to promoting its cryptocurrency, Floki will also highlight its sister brand, Valhalla, an MMORPG game. The partnership will provide both brands with substantial visibility across stadiums, digital platforms, and social media.

Earlier this year, Kraken partnered with Tottenham Hotspur, becoming their Official Sleeve Partner for all teams starting from the 2024/2025 season. Like the Nottingham and Floki partnership, the collaboration will enhance fan experiences through exclusive content and events.

Last year, Nottingham Forest finished in 16th place in the EPL, with an average home attendance of approximately 29,000 people. 

Floki’s goals

This partnership reflects Floki’s broader strategy to establish itself as a leading brand in the crypto space. Leveraging the Premier League’s massive global audience to enhance its market presence, the campaign is expected to increase Floki’s brand awareness as it shares the stage with Valhalla throughout the season.

Paul Bell, Nottingham Forest’s Chief Operating Officer, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting Floki’s innovative approach within its sector.
