Frito-Lay’s Doritos has unveiled a new culinary venture, the Doritos After Dark restaurant, exclusively for ticket holders at the Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles.

The establishment promises appetisers, entrées and desserts, all enhanced by the distinctive flavour and crunch of Doritos chips.

Although the Doritos After Dark restaurant is accessible only during regularly scheduled events at the arena, a one-time event on 15 November 2024 - taking place before a major concert - will welcome a broader audience.

The Doritos Night Market pop-up will offer free Doritos After Dark bites in an immersive neon atmosphere from 4:30pm to 7:30pm PT at Peacock Place in Los Angeles, next to the arena at L.A. LIVE.

The menu features innovative creations such as the Doritos Flamin' Hot Limón Late Night Rita - a twist on the classic margarita rimmed with Doritos Flamin' Hot Limón.

Another highlight is the Spicy Sweet Chili Ramen-Rito, blending Asian and Tex-Mex cuisines with grilled chicken and ramen noodles wrapped in a flour tortilla with a side of Doritos Flamin' Hot aioli.

For those who prefer vegetarian options, the Flamin' Hot Nacho Veggie Dumplings offer pan-fried dumplings topped with chili crisp and fresh garnishes.

The Nacho Cheese Texas-Style Loaded Nachos bring Southern flavours with brisket and BBQ sauce on Doritos Nacho Cheese flavoured chips.

The Nacho Cheese Crunchtastic Vanilla Cone combines vanilla ice cream with chocolate and Doritos chip crunchers.

Frito-Lay culinary senior principal scientist chef Wiley Bates said: "When we take Doritos chips out of the bag and put the distinctive chip into recipes, the culinary possibilities are endless.
