Crypto analyst LadyTraderRa says AI twins could tackle major issues like real estate bottlenecks — and even prevent school shootings.
As the world adapts to the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, the concept of “AI twins” — digital agents that replicate a person’s knowledge and capabilities — is beginning to take shape beyond tech circles.
For pseudonymous crypto analyst, LadyTraderRa, the real value of these digital twins lies in solving real-world problems, starting with real estate — and potentially saving lives.
An AI twin is a digital version of a person designed to replicate their knowledge, skills, and decision-making abilities. It can perform tasks, interact with others, and automate functions across various industries. Think of it as a personal assistant powered by your data — scalable, tireless, and AI-driven.
In a conversation with TheStreet Roundtable host Rob Nelson, LadyTraderRa broke down where she sees AI twins having the biggest near-term impact.
“The reason why we want to target the real estate market first is that you have a lot of community members, right? So it's almost like AI user adoption on the grassroots level, which is what you want,” she said. “Each real estate agent has very close relationships with their community members... and the AI agent, or I'm sorry, the real estate agents are able to solve a lot of their problems if they're trying to apply for loans or they're trying to improve their credit scores.”
According to her, the sector is ripe for adoption, aided by decades of real estate data that can power more effective, personalized AI agents.
But she sees the potential far beyond property sales. “Then after that, I mean the use cases are unlimited. I mean, you're talking about attorneys, potentially school districts… AI in general can solve one of the biggest problems which we are facing right now — school shootings that happen in the US.”
When asked how AI could actually help in such a critical area, she explained, “AI can solve the problem by... recognising certain things, like if there's a school shooter and if they're able to actually recognise that there's a gun in their hand... AI can actually make a phone call and alert the authorities and actually provide a roadmap and guide the first responders.”
She also noted the importance of communication. “AI can make phone calls and a lot of phone calls at the same time... providing them [parents] live updates... communicating with the teachers... and also communicating with the students.”
