And yet multiple buyers are interested.

Death. Divorce. Downsizing. These “Big Ds” can trigger a house move. And it’s inevitable that I encounter them, alongside their emotional journeys. My role can then be completely professional or I can become a part-time therapist.

I’m thinking about how to approach such conversations with two of my current clients. One is going through a divorce while the other is downsizing. Neither situation is easy.
