What we talk about when we talk about ownership can get complicated quickly. The subject is vast, messy and sensitive. What ownership means to one person—say, a tenant—may not be the same for a landlord or the landlord’s bank. The concept and its implications aren’t as straightforward as “yours” or “mine.”
