The OECD urged Denmark to address gender stereotypes in education and suggested introducing quotas to get more women in top management.
The Nordic country suffers from “pronounced” gender bias when it comes to men and women’s choice of jobs, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development said in a report released on Tuesday. The Paris-based club also lamented the self-employment gap between Danish men and women, the biggest in the bloc, and no clear progress in gender equality in managerial jobs.
