The chip maker’s [fourth-quarter results](https://www.wsj.com/business/earnings/intel-intc-q4-earnings-report-2023-8b61b812?mod=Searchresults_pos1&page=1) late Thursday included a highly disappointing forecast for the first quarter. Intel says it expects revenue in the range of $12.2 billion to $13.2 billion, the midpoint of which was 10% below Wall Street’s consensus forecast.
